• Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: We recognize the growing environmental awareness and trend toward electric vehicles, so we offer charging stations to meet the needs of our visitors.
• Natural Lighting and Energy Efficiency: Our intelligent design takes advantage of natural lighting and uses reflective ceilings and sunshades to mitigate heat, saving energy on cooling systems.
• Executive Rooms with Sustainable Technology: Our 6 Executive Rooms offer
  comfort and freshness, with LED lighting systems and motion sensors that optimize the use of resources.
• Efficient Water Management: We implemented faucet systems with automatic opening and closing for a responsible use of water resources. automatic faucet systems for a responsible use of water resources. In addition, we reuse rainwater to cool the air conditioning and feed irrigation systems, processing the water in our treatment plant with a capacity of 400 cubic meters per day.
• Social Responsibility: Beyond the structural, we contribute to social welfare by donating unconsumed food to local organizations, avoiding waste and optimizing resources. We are also part of the National Plan for Healthy and Sustainable Gastronomy, promoting the development of Costa Rica as a tourist and gastronomic destination.
