a unique experience, in a sustainable and versatile space

For us at San Marcos University, it was very important to celebrate the graduation, we were on the verge of not doing an event like this, fortunately we met with the entire team that works here at the Convention Center who were our right hand, we have met constantly reviewing protocols, reviewing all the logistics of the event, you really find professionals who will help you develop what you require.

This week concluded the second migration day that included international and national guests, in a hybrid event in which some people were able to share inside the Convention Center and the vast majority connected through social networks and a special connection.

Today we finished here at the Costa Rica Convention Center an event with the maximum capacity allowed today of 70 people. Congratulations to the Convention Center, a guarantor without a doubt that the protocols are 100% complied with. We are very happy with the results, we as organizers feel, firstly very calm, secondly very supported; and thirdly everything flowed quite well, that is to say, since our participants arrived they did not feel any kind of inconvenience, simply the protocols were developed in a correct way and from today onwards from what we are doing and thanks to the work of the whole team of the Convention Center I am sure that the authorities will see the commitment that we have as MICE industry and allow us to continue growing gradually in this number of participants in face-to-face events.

Today I had the pleasure of being invited as a panelist to an event at the Convention Center. All along the way from the entrance to the event hall, there are stations where you can apply alcohol gel on your hands and all the protocols were fulfilled in an incredible way.

In this case, there was a good interaction of different actors in the formation of events, from the protocolization measures that we experienced and that somehow will generate a lot of confidence in the generation of events at the Costa Rican level.

I love the way the Convention Center is organized. I am very grateful to have been invited and above all to share the experience of how the Juan Santa Maria has been in the last 8 months within this pandemic. Thank you very much. Thank you so much
